Wonderful hotel in a great location, very quiet and lovely views across the valley. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are all very friendly and keen to help. Food is excellent with plenty of choice. Being able to help yourself to hot and cold drinks throughout the day (and cakes from 3pm) is a big bonus.

Hands down the best hotel in the area. Staff are superb! Friendly and welcoming. The hotel goes above all expectation! I cannot recommend enough!

Surprisingly good. Location right in front of the cable car. You see also the lake from the balcony. I had great time there and would definitely come back. And you get the zell am see card

Stayed here with our school group. The hotel could not have done more to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spotless and spacious. The food was excellent and suited tastes of both staff and pupils. This is such a friendly hotel. The location is perfect for the ski lift with just a short walk to go with skis. I would happily return with my own family.

December 22 stay. Brilliant location, great atmosphere, clean spacious room. Great food. Snacks, drinks. Ski room can get busy. But it's all good. already booked to go back next Christmas. Very happy with this hotel.

Whilst there are many good points to mention, there are things that they coukd inprove on. Pillow height was too low for me. Service can be too quick at times. Storage space in rooms is at a premium. Generally though the venue is one to recommend. Staff are very pleasant and the meals at times were fantastic, they could have perhaps edged less towards the British palette and more Austrian one. The Germknodel was missing poppy seeds for example. Been three times now, would go again...

The hotel is fantastic, 5 minutes from the train station by bus with beautiful terrace with wonderful views of Zell am See and the lake, big and very comfortable rooms and very clean. We sleep very well, no noise and comfortable bed. The hotel has swimming pool , wellness area that we didn't used this time but we used the marvellous outside swimming pod with natural water !!!, perfect after spend the day walking!!. The breakfast Buffett very complete and delicious dinner with Austrian dishes. And all this with a very kind staff . 5 stars for the hotel and team.

Very nice hotel! Very clean and cosy, warm rooms, comfy beds, several saunas - all brilliant, and the swimming pool too. kids play area, is great! we are on half board here and it is very convenient and the food is nice, with great variety, the staff are all very friendly and helpful The ski room is amazingly done with radiators for ski boots and proper ski racks to keep your skis, boards and ski sticks…. The view from the rooms are on the mountains Also it is very close to the slopes (3 minutes walk) and there is a little ski rental place just next door to the hotel with a lovely guy named Christian - he takes a great care and has lots of attention to the details when helping you choose the equipment, lots of ski coaches commented that he is the best in the area :)
